The day after I closed on my house the oil furnace died. It was the middle of the Syracuse winter. A call to Dave and he was there to fix things up that day.
I had Dave back in the fall to perform routine service on my furnace. He was late to our appointment by about an hour, but gave me a call to let me know he was running late. I certainly understand that it can be hard to estimate the amount of time jobs will take when you are scheduling appointments, and I appreciated the call to let me know what was up.
Dave does good work at a reasonable rate. Would do business again.
