They are getting a little strange at the UPS Store lately. I was on vacation and they were annoyed and left sloppy notes in my mailbox telling me that a package for me had been there too long. I also brought something there to ship out and my intention was to make use of their services by buying the box, the packing materials, and letting them tape it all up, label it and ship it. So this costs me more and they make money. No problem because I wanted to just go there and get it done and I was willing to pay. Well the woman got huffy, made me pack the box and acted like I was putting her out and asking for unusual services. So I guess they don’t want to provide pack and ship services anymore.

I would NOT get anything printed there. Especially is you want it done correctly. When Dennis owned it he made an effort to get it right. The new owner could care less and is not competent enough to know that the job is being done wrong.

The UPS Store is a fantastic place to have your mail sent.
I’ve had my mail at this location for over two years and I’ve been using this service in general nearly six years. I love that I can have packages mailed and I never have to worry if there going to be sitting out in the weather or try to be home to sign or put my mail on hold because of vacation. Attentive staff sign for my packages, big or small and keep them safe until I’m able to pick them up. And with 24 hour access to items that fit in my mailbox, I never have to be in a hurry to arrive before closing.
And that’s just the mail… they provide numerious other services as well!
