This company is a cutthroat organization. The office in Austin is run by a woman that cannot seem to come to work. The office is never manned by any personnel other than the yard tech that goes out of his way to be very helpful. But he is unable to answer questions about billing, invoicing or shipping/​delivery dates. We contacted the salesperson and left numerous messages with no results. Since this company was brought out by Black Diamond out of Canada it has gone in the trash. They will not sell to you and then when and if they ever do they will not take care of you. Do not do business with these people, go to work for them or expect anything but lousy customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
