My hair is 3 inches to short, ½ inch longer on right in the back, lots of missed pieces and horrible bangs. All this and i had a picture and coached her to go an inch longer than the photo looks to accommodate my curls. I was able to make my bangs better myself but I basically have a bob that touches my shoulders and i started with waist length hair. All i wanted was a few inches shorter and lots if layers. NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Really sad to hear that Stephanie is not there (since 12⁄14) anymore! The stylists that remain leave a lot to be desired!
