B & L Container Rentals & Clean-ups

We told him exactly what was going into the container and we agreed on a price. Left the deposit that day. When The driver comes to get the container he is expecting double the money. After calling the shop we spoke to Bobby and he said he thought we were a different account. Then he said well your box is over weight so you owe 100 $ more then quoted. Mind you, he’s not even looking at the box and it’s not even full to the top. He has not weighed it to even know if it’s over weight. We told him if it’s actually over just send us a bill. We are not home as we are getting ready for a family event today and he tells his driver to leave the box. When we get home we tell him we have the extra money to come back before 2 because we will have to leave again. He says he’ll send someone and that works, thanks very much we hang up. After several hours of no show we call them and a lady answers the phone and explains that all the trucks are parked already. I’m sorry, but this is REALLY BAD BUSINESS!! We will never use them again. We have used other companies in the past and had better service with more integrity. I advise you to use a different company.

ONCE AGAIN, HOMEOWNERS AND CONTRACTORS BEWARE OF THESE ASSHOLES. I contracted a company to freshen up one of our properties by doing things such as new roof, siding and Windows etc. The subcontractor hires this clown ass B&L to pick up the debris which was loaded in the containers for them already. All they had to do was keep dropping dumpsters. All goes well, my job is done and paid for. One months goes by all of a sudden B&L shows up at our house with a 30 yard dumpster and leaves it on our property full of debris from another job. When I called them to find out what the hell was going on, the dumb receptionist says «it’s your garbage and that’s why we brought it back». We have not been paid. Now, in my contract it states that the subcontractor is responsible for the dumpsters and it’s all figured into the final invoice. Still puzzled so I reach out to the corporation whom we hired to do our construction. Come to find out the subcontractor never paid B&L. Even so what gives this scumbag the right to bring a dumpster to my property
with someone else’s debris in it. Especially a month had passed by and there’s no way the debris was mine anyway. Who does things like this??? It’s not good business. I
don’t know how they are still in business if this is the way this guy conducts things. I would never use this companies not even as much as to wipe my ass with. I still have time to file charges which We are most likely going to do for trespassing if nothing else. BEWARE ALL!!!
