What a joke.
Do not use this service ever. They failed to show up for their scheduled appointment, I paid and tipped in advance (not knowing about the reviews) and it was another 2 days before someone made it out to clean my car. However, things don’t end there. Upon arrival to wash my car at my home, they only were able to wash the interior, as they did not bring enough water in their reservoir, or shampoo to actually wash the exterior of my vehicle. What car wash service, fails to ensure they have the necessary equipment to complete the job? Oh, its this one. The tech told me he would make it out the following day to finish the job, but surprise surprise, they did not show up. I called them and did not hear back from the tech.
I waited a couple days and then requested a partial refund, via email, since they did not complete the service as agreed, they responded to one email and after not coming to a solution, they stopped responding to my messages.
I then filed a claim with Paypal, during which a representative from this company, insulted me and indicated they didn’t have enough money to process a partial refund of my money. PayPal should have protected my payment, since I didn’t receive what I paid for, but that is simply and upsettingly not the case. I lost that claim as apparently this does not fall under paypal purchase protection. I am now out $ 145 for an interior clean of my car, that in my opinion was worth maybe $ 50 at most. Which is utterly ridiculous.
DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE! EVER! They are extremely unprofessional and just want your money.

This place is completely unprofessional. First they tell you to make appointments via their fancy website but they obviously never check or update appointments there. Ive had them to not show up three times. Call me and make vocal appointments three times and not show up. They also stop answering their phone after the no shows. The only i even tried this many times was because i had two livingsocial deals i purchased that are worthless. I say save the money and go to your local car wash up the street. Lesson learned.
