B & B Tires

I went to b and b tire with two tires that I wanted mounted on the front of my car. The owner was the only person there. We agreed on a price and he went to work. After the installation my tires weren’t balanced and my brake rotors were warped. They were fine before. I went back and told him the problems. He said you cannot warp a rotor by tightening the lug nuts in a circle. He is wrong and you would think someone that does this for a living would know to always tighten in a star pattern. He also used old weights to balance the tires. He said he would do nothing to remedy my problems. It cost me $ 150 to repair my car. I will go to discount tire and get a professional to do my tires now. B and b will cost you much more in the end.
