This site will renew you annual membership (~$ 170) without telling you. It is a pretty douchbag tactic for a site that has a lot of underpar job candidates and poor support. Do not even waste your money here.

Poorly managed site. Anyone can post a job. Not safe and not quality applicants. Very dissatisfied. Customer service is non-​existent.

screened or did back ground checks on the applicants. Wrong. I thought more qualified people would respond to my ad. Wrong. I know this is America, and you have a right to your nose/​face piercing, but I will not hire «Pin Head» to watch my children. Half of the applicants were teenagers. I do not hate my children! The day that the membership was to expire, I went on line to discontinue my membership, at 7:30 am, and they already took another hundred out of my account. Alright, a mistake, we can fix that, right? Wrong! I dare you to find a way to even speak to anyone at
. That is how much THEY CARE! I sent the E-​Mail, surprise, NO REPLY! Three months out, still no workable trust worthy solution. And I have now given them $ 180. ANYONE can be a care provider on

I am not able to get a refund even though I could not find a single sitter for after school care. My search found many matches, however when I messaged the sitters (several of them!) none were actually available. They were looking for occasional after school care or full time care.
I used the site for less than 2 hours and derived no value; however as I messaged the sitters I have to pay the fee, I don’t even get a partial refund.
