CubeSmart Self Storage

Michelle Henry was awesome. She has helped me twice and made everything a breeze with getting a storage unit. I would use this cubesmart location if i need storage again. This area is very clean and secure. Thanks for your help!

Unilocal is kinda crazy. You can review everything from intersections to self storage places.
I never would have imagined reviewing a self storage place.
This one deserves a review. I was out of state trying to arrange storage for a car I just bought. It was kind of poor planning and things weren’t lining up for me. Michele (extra L here if it is with 2) did the unthinkable and found a solution for me. In today’s world where people just clock in and out. It is refreshing to find someone to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Seriously, this place is the Nordstrom of self storage.

I have had a great experience at this facility, thus far! Personnel, friendly and helpful and prompt. Facility is clean and our unit was also clean. Easy gate access. I’m glad I made the decision to have a storage unit at Cube Smart in Mansfield. I have never had a storage unit before and am pleased with my experience.

I researched a few self storage places in the area and chose this one because of the high reviews and competitive pricing. We met with Matt on Sunday and he was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great unit. He even swapped our unit because the initial one had a slight chance of leaves blowing in, so he put is in one of their better locations completely unprompted. He was very helpful and I definitely feeling good knowing that our storage is being monitored by such a great team.

They were very helpful and friendly. I went to several other storage facilities in Mansfield and they were rude and tried to talk me into getting a unit that wouldn’t fit my needs. The guy at cubesmart was extremely helpful when deciding on a unit that would best fit my needs and was very personable. I will not store anywhere else!

I would not store anywhere else! The lady that works there (I think her name is Kelly) was so nice and informative. I tried going to another location in Mansfield but the lady was RUDE and would not help me at all. Kelly apologized for the inconvenience I had and made sure I have a great experience.
