I don’t know what these complaints about Robin are about. She did an amazing job with my very squirmy son. I’m going to request Robin from now on.

They have been cutting my hair for about 10 years now. It’s clean they have tvs they do an awesome job and they will even trim your beard for a small fee. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad hair cut here.

3 stars to split the difference.
Robin, I believe that’s her name, deserves 1 star. She’s the small blonde lady. Complete lack of patience dealing with children. People skills are absent. She has customer service backwards, she apparently thinks it’s about her.
Great experiences with the other employees, particularly Liz. I would give the rest of them 5 stars. The shop is typically clean. It’s a little out of the way, but worth it providing you get the right person.

They took my coupon from great clips, and they did awesome deep conditioning job on my hair :) I will go here from now on. They made me feel so comfortable ! They take any competitors coupons!
