No wait, EXCELLENT care. As far as ER visits go this was a dream come true. I haven’t seen the final bill yet, but so far prices seem fair and billing department has been good at working with my insurance. Even got a get well card from the staff. Wow!

The concept of this free standing ER is great but I will never come back unless I am literally dying. Keep in mind they do treat all levels of care but you will receive a bill for a ungodly amount of money!!! I came to this facility in December after attempting multiple times to get in with an urgent care. I was treated well while I was there. They did state they would call me with a lab result that took 6 phone calls and over 3 weeks to get but overall not too bad. Then the bill came. They charged me a Level 5 visit the highest level of care– equivalent with someone having a heart attack. I paid my $ 100 co-pay. My insurance paid them $ 4200. And they want an additional $ 1,028. That means in total my minor care was rendered as costing over $ 5 grand– ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS!!! I urge you to think twice before coming because had I known I would have NEVER come here and will not be going back!

Called with billing questions this morning — 8:15am. In an attempt to get more info regarding our bill, I requested to speak with the billing rep’s supervisor(her name was Brianna, supervisor name is Dorothy, per rep). After being told I could not speak with her supervisor at this time due to none being available, I was promised a callback. It’s now 5:42pm, and I’ve yet to receive that callback. Will adjust according to service received. - To update, I received a callback today and Donna was helpful in resolving my issues.
