Took my niece age 2… nephew age 7… nephew age 14 and my son 17 to see the maze. It was our.first.time to this farm and we didn’t know go regarding getting tickets for the maze etc… there are no signs posted telling you how and where to go. So after seeing noone to assist us, we proceeded to walk towards a road that appears to bring. you to this corn maze. My nephew age 7 and neice age 2 started walking on the owners lawn(we think) instead of the sidewalk that we clearly would have seen eventually, and she raised her voice at them telling them to use the sidewalk. That alone wasn’t upsetting, but what was, was her talking about us like we aren’t standing there, in front of us. If I wasn’t with such small kids I would have walked right out but didn’t want t to dissapoint. …the maze was good for the little ones b ut the older kids spent 6 dollars going thru the maze in literally 4 mins. …we got them an ice cream and left. Couldn’t wait to go after fighting off the bees and seeing lack of help in the area to purchase pumpkins etc. I passed on purchasing and was dissapointed. The ladies working ice cream were nice. Liked them and kids enjoyed the ice.cream. will never return. Employees being rude and talking about us in front of us was just not nice. Wish I got her name. Younger girl pretty blonde hair. Not a nice person.

Cute little place with generous portions of local(Middleton) ice cream at a sensible price. Big chair is an automatic family photo op. First visit, we will be back!

Great place! The ice cream isn’t home made but it’s a local company which is great. Lines move quickly. Plenty of seating and their produce is awesome as well! Can’t beat their prices!

Ice cream is good. Prices are competative. Tables and swings are gross. Tables should be power washed regularly.

I’ve ordered mulch, compost, and the compost/loam mix from them 4 times now. They always deliver promptly and put the piles exactly where I ask them to in driveway. The compost and compost/loam are high quality and my plants always thrive in it.

Order the mulch 12 yard received less than 12 yard. I called them to let them know. But they are were so rude. Person was telling me I am trying to cheat them. I order several time mulch from them and I never complain. I never going to order from them. They don’t have customer service or they don’t care. i would not recommend any body order mulch from them

The corn maze in the fall is a lot of fun, great ice cream and veggies are great. What I buy most here is firewood. $ 12/bin and the bins are good sized. It’s always nice to support a local business, too.

The ice cream we’d ordered was delicious. The girls at the counter were very nice and the prices weren’t bad at all. We stumbled up onto this place one day on the way home from king Richards faire… glad we did.

Ok I love icecream… and I love cute little farms… but I just don’t get New England’s fascination with sitting outside at dusk being eaten alive by Mosquitos, either listening to a pack of unruly children or being glared at for having a pack of unruly children(guilty this time;), all while paying a small fortune for a mediocre dessert served with lackluster teenage charm. Maybe I just make the BEST sundaes at home with all the best flavors and all the best toppings in pretty pink polkadotty bowls and cozy places to relax… but going out for icecream never fails to disappoint me and this place definitely was disappointing at best. Hmm. I hate to admit it… but I’d rather stop at McDs for a dollar hot fudge sundae.

Can’t go wrong with Flint Farm– one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m home for the summer. Came here on a Sunday night, so the line was a bit long, but it moves quickly. Great, unique flavor options: I ordered cookie dough frozen yogurt, and my brother ordered the peanut butter cookies ‘n cream.

My boyfriend and I loved the Wizard of Oz themed corn maze in the fall, it was such a fun local activity. I get ice cream here a lot throughout the summer. I’m pretty sure they purchase their ice cream from another company, but they have tons of different flavors and toppings to choose from. They also have flavors to match dietary needs. A little on the pricey side, but not too bad. I got a frappé this weekend and really enjoyed it. It’s definitely a fun place to go with the kids, lots of seating available(huge Adirondack chair is always a hit). Parking lot gets really busy, but they have parking across the street as well.

Best ice cream ever. Nicest girls work here. Great family run biz. Make sure you get here before 7 or the line is huge!

Good ice cream at a great price. A bit of a legend in east Mansfield, the wait times can put a damper on your visit. The corn and tomatoes are worth the wait.

I absolutely love flint farms. The atmosphere is great, it’s outdoors and it does feel like you’re on a farm. I always loved sitting on the bench swing with my friends eating ice cream on warm summer nights.

Good points: their corn is delicious, and they have a cute ice cream stand with a wide variety of flavors. Bad points: the ice cream is not reeeeaaaallly worthy of all the hype, and… we ordered a bulk load of compost from them which had a lot of plastic bits in it(fair enough, it was unscreened) and LOADED with weed seeds. we used it to mulch a couple garden beds, and about a week after we had a load of purslane-like weeds germinating all over it.(note: we had never seen this weed in our yard before, and it was also germinating all over the pile of leftover compost). NEVER buy their compost, unless you want to be weeding like crazy.

Had good luck with the corn. Something about them bagging it from the cart that just rolled in from the field. The tomatoes are soooo tasty. Reminds me that I should have a garden again. But do they have to make a killing on every sale? The tomatoes were like $ 1.5 each. The corn is $ 6.5 a dozen — you can get a lot cheaper than that and almost as good. I’ll support the local farms … but to a point.

Great ice cream with fresh fruits and vegetables. They also sell wood for camping which is a bit pricey.

The ice cream is very good. They sell Richardson’s which is made on the North Shore, I think. The prices are reasonable with good portions. It is usually packed hot nights and weekends in the summer. Watch out for«game nights» when the soccer teams and little league show up after games for ice cream. You will never get to the window.
