Visited Iggy’s today located in Mansfield Texas. The Italian Ice and Ice Cream was delicious! There were several different flavors to choose from, made fresh daily at the store. Also, taste spoons were supplied for the customer’s choice making. There was a small size and a large size filled over the top! The environment was clean, colorful, and friendly. We also had a big treat today when we met Iggy who landed in a helicopter right at the store! We visited with the store owners and took pictures with Iggy. My family and I will be visiting Iggy’s Italian Ice in Mansfield every chance we get!

Local shop that serves 2 things — Italian Ice and Ice Cream.
The concept is quite simple, pick your size and pick your flavors.
A small cup costs $ 4 and lets you choose up to 3 flavors
A large cup costs $ 8 and lets you choose up to 6
For a single-serving, even the small is almost too much. On our visit I opted to cup with Cherry, Blue Raspberry and Lemon Italian Ice. All 3 flavors were very good and spot-on as far as the Italian Ice I’ve grown up with and was accustomed to back East. My wife got a Horchata-flavored ice and added ice cream. It was pretty darned good too.
They had a good amount of flavors available (pictured included with my check-in) and all ice flavors are made on-site.
I expect this place to do really well when the temps go up.
Service from the 2 girls manning the counter was very friendly and helpful.
