JJ’s Auto Spa

I could not have been less satisfied with my service this afternoon. I came in to get the inside vacuumed and wiped down along with an exterior wash. I walk in and pay then proceed to the lobby to wait for my car on the other side. While playing on my phone I heard several attendants come out and ask for different customers based on the make and model of the car they brought in. After 50 minutes I decide to go check on the progress because it shouldn’t have taken this long. The young cashier says, «oh yea here’s your key, it’s been done for awhile.» I ask her why no one notified me and she said they come call out the cars when finished and if no one responds they drop the receipt and key off at the register. I tell her that no one came and she apologized and got the manager. A middle aged Hispanic lady with bottle bleached hair comes out and says that the guys typically wave their towels behind the TV to get the customer’s attention. I asked her how I’m supposed to know that if I’ve never been here before and she responds with, «well most new customers tell the guy when they drop the car off.» At this point I am FUMING. I say, «so it’s MY fault I didn’t know to be on the lookout behind the TV for my car?!» She goes on and about she cares for her customers and I said, «you don’t give a shit, you just blamed me for this.» So I walk out pissed off that this couldn’t give a shit less about their broken process and then the best part comes. I open my driver door to find the compartment in the door still filled with trash! Check out the picture!!! There is also no fragrance and it states clearly on the receipt that I wanted clean car scent. I then head back inside and demand money back and the useless «manager» tells me it’ll probably take 3 days to show the credit. I am appalled that this place is still in business with customer service like this. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I haven’t been here in a while so I read the reviews. I saw both good & not so good. Unfriendly? Rude? Not to me. A young lady welcomed me upon arrival with a Great attitude and walked me through the process & answered all of my questions thoroughly. Now once I went inside to pay there was a couple of what looked like high school age girls working the register. Nothing positive or cheery from them. Hard to believe huh? NOT! They weren’t rude they were just placed in the wrong position. My opinion is that if you interact with the public while collecting a paycheck the main prerequisite
should be to possess a general happy attitude and like to talk to people. They kinda came up short in this category it seems. No Biggie. Once my Rolls Royce was clean (Sorry) Once my KIA was clean I walked to it and was greeted by a very nice young man and he said «does everything look ok sir?» I made sure he knew that they did a super job & that I will return to JJ’s on a regular basis! Great Experience!

Bad place to go to I paid 40 dollars to get my car cleaned and all they did was vacuum the carpet and clean the out side they were supposed to clean the interior and shampoo the carpet but they did not the service is horrible they said they we’re going to make my car smell like coconut but instead it smells like feet

I will not be coming back. I waited in a long line this morning to get my car interior and exterior detailed only to be told that they are not doing interior details because they are busy.
Management here is a suggestion. How about putting a sign out on the curb and closing the detail lane when you make decisions like this?!
You have wasted my time and just like yours it’s precious.
