We are really disappointed with the service that has been provided lately at Mansfield Appliance. Recently we took a washer in for repairs and when we hooked it up it still did not work. Afterwards, we mad a call to come request a technician to come out to service the washer. After 3 days, we never received a service callback. The quality of service and the quality of their used appliances have find down severely over the past year. I would not recommend using them for a purchase or service!

My grandmother needed a new fridge so she went up to Mansfield Appliance where Lisa took complete advantage of her. She paid way too much for a junk refrigerator that I and my grandmother have begged her to come take back or fix and she refuses to do either. She sent Chuck out a couple of times but he «didn’t have the parts» and we never saw him again. I’ve called. My grandmother has literally cried while begging her to make this right, it upsets her that much and Lisa doesn’t give a hoot. The warranty is a lie. This business sells fridges MEANT to not work, and the staff is full of con-artists that don’t have any respect for their customers. Do. Not. Go. Here.

I’m giving Chuck and the good people at Mansfield Appliance a 5-Star review because I’ve had them in my home several times and have always been impressed with their fast, friendly, and affordable service. The first time I needed an appliance repair job, I called around to several companies I found online. The first company I called wanted almost $ 800 to come out and repair my fridge. I’m so glad I kept calling. I got ahold of Mansfield Appliance and they came right out, replaced the thermostat on my GE fridge, and did it all for less than $ 200. That was many years ago. I don’t think it’s a secret, but Chuck had a health scare not long ago and wasn’t able to work. I’m sure it was a difficult time for he and his wife, Lisa. We all have trouble in life and it’s difficult to come back from hardship, but I’m committed to Chuck because he’s always gone out of his way to take care of my family. When people treat you good, you want to use them, and refer them to your family and friends. I can’t speak for anybody else, but Chuck and his wife have been nothing but outstanding for us.

I am so happy that I found Mansfield Appliance! Lisa has been a tremendous help, excellent customer service and overall a great experience. My dryer was not heating up and I knew that it was probably my heating element. I was able to bring in my element & get it tested and of course that’s what it was! The best part they had the bracket I needed, which is usually a special order and It did not cost my 1st born. I highly recommended this place!!!

Really disappointed with Mansfield Appliance. We bought a refrigerator from them a few months ago. When we purchased Lisa gave us a 1 year warranty. We have been having trouble with the ice machine not making ice. Also the cubed ice button has never worked properly. We have been calling repeatedly trying to get them to come and look at it. Lisa has scheduled her husband chuck to come look at the refrigerator 3 times now. He has no showed all three times with no attempt to reschedule. Not only that but Lisa schedules him morning hours to come and I waste my whole morning waiting on someone who apparently doesn’t care about his customer satisfaction. I Understand things happen, people get busy, but not showing up for scheduled appointments with no call to reschedule or apologize is unacceptable! I have sent a complaint into the BBB about this store. I really hope they do the right thing.

I have been impressed by their customer services. I bought a used fridge for my rental property and the fridge did not quite fit.(it was larger than the original fridge about ½″ which made it impossible to push it back. My schedule was very challenging at the time and they offered to go back and cut back a little pcs of wood allowing the fridge to slide back in place. I was amazed how they went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated Lisa(Owner); she treats you like a person and actually cares.
