The notion of a boutique offering fine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in Mansfield Ohio takes a moment to get used to. But «Olive Us» is one of the new high end boutiques that have found their way into the slowly gentrifying Mansfield Downtown Carousel district. Try the blueberry balsamic, it makes a fantastic vinaigrette for salads. The store is small but cozy and they really let you take you time sampling all of their stock until you can settle on what you like best. The staff is helpful and knowlegable.
