If you live around here and don’t eat every meal here the days they’re open, you’re not living right. This food is amazing! The brisket was perfect, mac & cheese was on point, and the seasoning was excellent! The price is extremely fair for the amazing food you get and not to mention Denise is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. Get here now!

Way overpriced, bland and nothing to make it standout like I was really hoping it would. The staff was very friendly and courteous, however the food just doesn’t live up to the prices that are being charged.

The meat was tender, but the sauce was just okay. What knocked it down to 2 stars is that they’re guilty of one of my biggest pet peeves: I don’t mind when placed sell cans of soda rather than having a soda fountain, but check your freaking inventory. I HATE it when I’m given expired cans of soda. It just shows poor attention to detail.

Unassuming, humbly gracious and ON POINT. Dan and Denise. … absolute pleasure to «meat» the both of you.
Brisket sandwich, slaw, mac and cheese. Real food, scratch recipes, served almost industrial style, on a no frills, commercial baking tray, which really set the tone for what is (was) the best BBQ I’ve enjoyed in a long time with nothing to get in the way.
Jalepeno or Habanero paste/​sauce sets this joint apart. Dial in your heat, as you like, bite by bite.
Will be back, with a bigger crew. Spread the word.

Amazing brisket; great bark, basic seasoning, super juicy, not thin sliced… reminds me of a proper TX brisket… just not wrapped in butcher’s paper.
The dry ribs were very tasty and stacked with meat. I would have loved a little more crunch in a bark… which could be lost when stored in plastic wrap. Could storing in aluminum foil help… I don’t know.
The banana pudding had a nice add… a bit of cinnamon on top.
Great BBQ rounded out with friendly and timely service.

It was good BBQ with generous portions. I had the brisket, mac n cheese, and baked beans. The Meat was tender with good flavor. The sauce was ok. People were very nice and even gave me samples of their side dishes.

Awesome food. I order two pulled pork sandwiches w/​mac & Cheese, one w/​bake beans. A beef brisket w/​the trimmings. Last but not least a full rack of baby back ribs. The sides are really good especially the bb’s. Ribs are the best I’ve had in town yet. In my opinion the Brisket stole the day with it ample portion of melt in your mouth lean meat w/​a complimenting amount of traditional BBQ sauce.

Awesome food and terrific service! Utilized Smokin’ Bros for a recent catering order. Dan’s communication and follow-​through was phenomenal! The food was great and was ready for us on time with no unexpected issues. We will certainly use them in the future and have recommended them to everyone we know.

Fantastic BBQ! Drove through Mansfield one night and stumbled upon Smokin’ Bros BBQ as they were closing down for the night. The brisket and pulled pork were fantastic, but the ribs were above and beyond anything I’d had! Their selection of tomato, vinegar, and mustard BBQ sauces were all fantastic as well… I think I almost ate one of everything on the menu. Lastly, the owners were very nice folks, which is always a nice touch.

Awesome BBQ! Had the pulled pork sandwich and Mac & Cheese. Both super delicious! Loved the Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce as well. Ate here already twice this week and plan to go back soon to try the ribs.

Excellent BBQ in Mansfield. Only short of the full 5 stars because they were out of ribs so I haven’t tried them yet. The sauce is solid and the brisket is good. The pulled pork is perfectly smoked. They smoke with cherry wood which gives a nice smokey flavor with none of the acrid aftertaste you can get from hickory. Honestly the highlight is the amazing smoked/​baked beans.
