Starbucks

My lattes are NEVER hot at this location. I’ve complained twice and even asked for extra/​very hot. The one on 287 is always perfect. There’s often also an extremely long drive thru line. Apparently other people think it’s the best location as well.

The employees have terrible customer service skills. Today I ordered a Valencia Orange Refresher only to receive a drink that was clearly not orange!!! I questioned the guy who made it he immediately stomped away to remake the drink as I requested without acknowledging he was wrong. One of his co workers said you made it wrong I saw you use the Hibiscus mix. Then the guy asked me if «we got the other drink back from you»! Why would I want the wrong drink!!!

So this location is a pretty good one! We stopped in to grab some drinks before heading home tonight. We hit the drive thru and were immediately greeted and asked to place our order. The girl at the window was very friendly and took our order and repeated it back correctly. We pulled up to the window and she already had my frap ready to go, so kudos to the speedy service. My fiancé had ordered a latte and it was ready shortly after she handed mine off. We paid with our apps, so we can earn those stars and went off on our merry way. Let me just add they filled the frap up to the top as well as the latte… I’m a stickler about this as some locations don’t fill them up to the top. I guess I figure if I’m gonna pay $ 5 for a drink I should get the full amount.

I go here — NOT the Starbucks in the parking lot across from Kroger. The people here know what they are doing and make great drinks. It’s funny to me that the actual Starbucks in the parking lot never makes my drinks right but the one in the Kroger does! Haha! Keep up the good work!

I Love this Starbucks location! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!
All Starbucks follow the basic directions for drinks. I would hope that most drinks are uniform regardless which store you go to. This Starbucks ALWAYS makes the drinks correctly The people that work this location are amazing. I’m spoiled here. I absolutely HATE to go to the company store. The few times I’ve gone to the company store (in their parking lot, no less!) I’ve had bad experiences.
The people that work at this location love working in the Starbucks. They’re friendly and super awesome. They always know how to make my drinks — they pay attention and that means a lot. They give me super-​star treatment. Not because I’m a gold card member (which means squat these days) but because they have excellent customer service. The drinks are always perfect, the staff is always in a good mood. What more could I want? Customer service at this location is the only reason why I’m still a Starbucks customer. They take excellent care of you. I really, truly, enjoy going to this location. They aren’t just baristas, they’re stellar people.
I give this place five stars. They’re quick, the drinks are made as you order them (no drink surprises!), and the staff is amazing. What more could you want in a Starbucks?
