Texas Trust Credit Union

I love this bank… Cedar Hill location in particular. Great customer service and I’ve never been disappointed with this branch. The Mansfield location was not nearly as friendly and always seemed to be an issue with something. I would recommend this bank to any of my friends especially the Cedar Hill branch.

I have been a Texas Trust customer for a few years. At first they answered the phone without long wait times. Now when you call, plan on waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes. No matter what time of day you call, the recording says something like we are experiencing a large call volume and wait times will be longer than normal. After you sit on hold for 5 minutes, another recording comes on and says something like, if you would like to leave us a message for a call back press (number). What company has a option to leave a message? Texas Trust if you have expanded, where call volume has increased, hire more people. The website sucks, the APP sucks. Basically Texas Trust sucks. I refinanced with another big bank, simply because the customer service is so bad. I told them I was going to refinance and the guys response was «that is your option»

Is this a joke? Just about done overhauling your phone system? and new staff finishing training this week. I call total Bullsht! You bastards opened one location after the next, stuffing money into your fat wallets and did not give a rats ass about the customer. You were only concerned with yourselves. Guess what Travis T. I am no longer a customer of Texas Trust Credit Union and am calling EVERY person I know and telling them how bad you suck! Go ahead and call into your own phone system and sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and tell me your blood doesn’t boil? Bastards wasted my time and lost my business. FOREVER!

Perhaps your bank is the most important business you deal with on a regular basis and it’s important to have a comfortable relationship with the feeling that your bank is going to do right by you. Normally, we on guard for fear that our bank is doing its best to take advantage of us. We have never felt that way with Texas Trust. It’s not just because it is a credit union and not a traditional bank. It’s because Texas Trust has gone out of its way to make us feel special, regardless of the balance in our account. All services we have received from Texas Trust have been rendered in a friendly manner and expeditiously. If you’re at all dissatisfied with you bank, I suggest you try Texas Trust.
