I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about. My husband and I have lived here since the building opened, literally we moved in the day they were done with the building lol. We have never had one issue, with other tenants or with the staff in the office. The community is small and a lot of older couples and families. The pool area is super nice and fun. The apartments are extremely nice. I hope the other two reviews do not scare people away, because this place is great.

Paper thin walls and floors, low water pressure, dog poop in stairwells and on property, trash in the stairwells and hallways, noisy fighting neighbors, non-existent parking for your guests — –enough said. Definitely NOT worth the price. $ 1525 for 2 bedroom w/garage for all this drama… Can’t wait for a mortgage again soon! Definitely not luxury apts as advertised. Wish I could rate it negative stars.

A COMPLETE AND TOTAL JOKE! The leasing agents have NO idea how to do their job. They are LAZY, ARROGANT and UNEDUCATED. STAY away from this place. They will misinform you, blame you and then ignore you. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done. They leave their leasing office unlocked and unattended with keys in their filing cabinets giving anyone that walks in access to all RESIDENTS PRIVATE information!!! Horrible experience. Will NEVER recommend this to anyone.
