Took my Sons Blazer here for a Ball Joint repair. Two ball joints later and they kept breaking. The owner even accused me of tampering with the ball joints. They did not warranty their work. Turns out that the steering knuckle needed replacing. Thanks to the tow truck driver who immediately diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of his arrival to tow the Blazer after the second break. $ 700 just gone! Beware! Beware! Beware!

I had a battery replaced on my 2013 Ford Taurus in August. My car would not start this morning. I got a jump and drove car to Walnut Creek Auto. Chris checked it out and let me know it was a defective battery. He put in a new one free of charge, as it was still under warrant. Great job. Thank You!

I made the mistake of giving these folks a shot. Gone to years to a VW specialist in Arlington but this place was closer. They were to replace the heater core. Once I picked up my car, he told me about a chip in the wood grain but did not offer any compensation. I was a bit put out, but thought oh well. I immediately noticed that the heater was working great. I thought great job! Driving away I noticed that the steering wheel was cockeyed (they had to take this and the full dash out to replace the heater core). A few minutes later I noticed the windshield was cracked on the lower passenger side. I tried to talk to them about it but they would not take responsibility. I thought overnight about what to do. Driving the next morning I noticed two of the air vents were busted when I tried to change the direction of the air flow. I told them about all of this and they said that I was out to get them and that I am blaming them for everything. Its a shame… locally owned, long established shop… I had higher hopes. I should have checked here first. Needless to say I am glad I used a credit card so I can dispute the charge. BBB is my next step. They get one star only because you have to choose at least one. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Do not bring your car here. I brought in my wife’s Ford Explorer to get something fixed so it would pass inspection. $ 1700 and a huge dent in the front of the car is the «great service» that we got. A reputable shop would pay for their damages. They denied the damages and claimed it was already there. Poor business practices!

I drove my Jeep here on on 5÷21÷12 for a/​c problems. I am a single woman and arrived alone. I left the Jeep there for diagnosis and was picked up by a girl friend. Six hours later, I was called and told my a/​c compressor was frozen and the Jeep needed an entire system overhaul totaling $ 1650. I told them not to perform any work, that I was going to trade the Jeep in and would pick it up after work. I was informed that the Jeep would no longer start and would need to be towed if I didn’t want them to perform the work. I had a male friend accompany me back to the shop… of course the Jeep wouldn’t start. They had the a/​c on full blast with a frozen compressor. My friend turned it off and disconnected it, the Jeep started right up. I drove to Autozone, purchased the required parts for $ 300, went to Kwik Kar on Broad in Mansfield. They added the dryer, a system flush, vac and recharge for $ 125 (including labor to install parts). I don’t know how $ 425 in parts AND labor translate to $ 1650 at this place, I can only assume they saw a woman walk in the door and took advantage. DO NOT GO HERE. Total dishonesty and complete lack of integrity.

Do not bring your car here. The service is terrible. They will find a way to stick it to you! I went in to have a headlight changed. 15 $ bulb? 24 $ to install it? Really? A week later, the same bulb goes out. Now they want to charge me again for a new bulb and installation again and tag on some extra for checking the wiring (the wiring was fine but they still want to charge me for using a voltage meter).

I initially came in for an oil change that was advertised for 16.99 $. They gladly took my keys and got to work. Then when it was time to pay, informed me that my car did not qualify for the 16.99 $ price advertised and the actual price for my oil change was 25.99!
This place is horrible! I will never take our vehicles here ever again.
