I must have a lot of faith because I have given Whataburger plenty of chances, and every time I go I am disappointed. There is no need for a drive thru line to take 30 minutes and every single visit the food is cold. Not hot, not warm, but cold. I even request fresh food but as usual, its a old rubbery tasting burger with cold oily fries. I hope they wake up soon because they are ruining the credibility of what used to be an amazing restaurant.

Honesty what could possibly take SOLONG? EVRYTIME I go here it’s a complete fiasco– waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to get home and have my order wrong. Literally EVERY. TIME.

If you’re going to take the time to put the stickers on that say«no tomatoes» etc. you’d think you could get that right. Nope… And the fries were cold. This isn’t the first time either. Terrible Whataburger location.

Order: Can I get full container gravy. When I get order: is gravy full? Answer: Yes. Get home, half full. Continues to happen here.

Worst service ever… stayed in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I ordered… Finally got my food to find out no condiments, napkins. So I went inside to get some, only to find out that my order was totally wrong… The girl in the drive thru told me that I ordered it wrong. I was shocked that she would say that… So I reordered and it took about 20 more minutes just to get 2 pancake platters… No managers in sight. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Won’t be going back to that location. Save your money and time…

Worst service I have ever had at a Whataburger. Ordered breakfast at 10am. Coffee pot wasn’t filled for 15 minutes even though another gentleman and I mentioned numerous times that they were out of coffee. I asked two different food runners to check my order. One never responded. The other came back and said I was number 2 in line to get my order. 10 minutes later I walked back to the kitchen to find out the problem. The manager was more concerned about getting me out of the kitchen than to hear about my issue. I handed her my tent number and lo and behold, I had my order in two minutes. No apology. No offer to comp. nothing. Over half an hour to get my food. I know Whataburger is slow, but this was ridiculous.

They never include the biscuit on the breakfast platter! Wow! The quality and service at this location is always terrible. I will never come to this location again!

They have one job. They do not have many gluten free choices so I went with the hash browns. I spent a good amount of money there and they forgot the only thing I could eat. I’m really disappointed in the service I received I would not recommend this whataburger location to anyone.

Food is good but they have what might be the slowest drive thru in the history of drive thru lanes.

Drive-Thru review Food: 2⁄5 –Ordered the #7 whataburger jr with cheese and no onions. Honestly there is nothing to say. It’s an ordinary burger that has an ordinary taste. –The fries were very salty, slightly soggy and very limited in quantity –Spicy ketchup didn’t meet my expectations. My staff overhyped the spicy ketchup –You can get so much more burger at in n out that’s more fresh and better tasting.

If you come at night, expect your order to take about 20 – 30 minutes and it to be incorrect.

If I could give negative stars, I would. 35 minutes in drive through?!! I could have made everything at home and eaten it in that amount of time. I get that«they, supposedly, make it when you order», but 35 minutes!!! Don’t get me wrong, I love Whataburger, but this location needs some changes made in a BIG way.

This place constantly gets my breakfast orders wrong but today I ordered two burgers and two large fries. I paid and then drove up to the second window to get my order only to be told I could only have one ketchup per order of fries. I asked if this was a whataburger policy or what? The lady told me she had been instructed by her manager to do this so I then asked her to let me speak to her manager. She then said ok and closed the window and walked away. She then came back and handed me two ketchups as if nothing had happened. I told her please give me another two because who can possibly eat a large fry with one ketchup! She then handed me another two. No manager ever showed up… I can’t believe I had to fight to get more than two ketchups for two large fries. Oh and I got no napkins either, fun!

I actually ate Whataburger this morning at 9:30am because I woke up craving In and Out burger but they were not open. I ordered the kids sized cheeseburger with mustard. It was actually good, and big for a kids size. It had plenty of veggies, which I love. The small fries were a bit soggy though. My daughter ordered the grilled chicken wrap, which also had roasted veggies and looked like a healthy choice. She said it tasted good, but it was messy and leaked out, so this would require extra napkins. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and helpful because I asked a lot of questions about what we were ordering, as we do not eat there regularly. Overall it was a good experience.

After a late night out my favorite way to order my burger is mayo and cheese only and to have the outside of the bun toasted on the grill, like a grill cheese. For years I have ordered it this way at many many Wataburgers. This is the first one I have come across that will absolutely not do it the way I like it. I called management early on when this place opened to see if we could get this sorted out. I tried several times to order it this way and each time the bun comes out dry and rubbery. Turns out what they do is just run it through the bread toaster twice instead of grilling it. I was told they can’t grill it because of «cross contamination». Huh? I guess I will continue to go the other 99.9% of the WB’s that do it my way until I hear this restaurant changed this silly rule. I can only give you one star WB Broad St. because I only order one thing and it for me it’s not very good at your restaurant.

Love the patty melt & a-1 thick n hearty burger. As far as fast food goes its as good as it gets. That said, calling it fast is generous.

I’ve NEVER had bad food or bad service from this Whataburger and I drive through there 2 – 3 times a week. Always very nice people working the drive through and the food is always hot and fresh.

Food is alright. Go to In-N-Out. Even McDonald’s would be better.
