The WOMAN who checked us in informed me that breakfast was from 6am to 12 pm. That seemed long so I verified with her and she restated that breakfast was from 6am to 12pm. Because of this, my family and I packed our things and then came down to the room. Obviously, there was no breakfast when we came in. When I told her that a fellow employee told me the incorrect time, she basically that wasn’t her problem and she wasn’t the one to tell me that. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she’s going to fire her so what else do I want from her. We went back and forth and she even yelled at my husband. She told me it was my responsibility to call the front desk in the morning. Why would I do that when her employee already gave me the breakfast time? Finally, she said she would bring out what she would normally have for breakfast. It was ridiculous. I am never going back again.

Disgusting, paid and extra $ 50 by booking by phone and being tricked into using and reservations agent. Room was filled with stains and grime. Never again! Pay the extra bucks and upgrade.

My family and I were here this weekend and we were very disappointed with the quality of the room. We paid $ 100+ for this room and it was awful. The room smelled like someone had tried to hide the cigarette stink with over perfumed cleaners(we specifically asked for a non smoking room as we had our 2 week old newborn baby). The bathroom had mold around the ceiling and the air vents. The beds were as hard as bricks and we found a plastic cap to something in the bed. This led me to the idea that perhaps the bed sheets hadn’t been changed? Anyway, there were a lot of problems with the room. I know that you get what you pay for in a room and all but I was disappointed that the prices were the same at the holiday inn and the quality was far less. One step up from a «residential hotel»…

This is a cheap rate motel, that really isn’t that cheap. Check in was miserable with the less than helpful women at the front desk. She was overwhelmed checking me in and dealing with a second guest. Additionally, they add a 50 dollar cleaning deposit to your bill, just in case you make a mess? I have never had that happen before. Our room had an awful smell and the blanket seemed to be ten years old, ratty and matted. There was an extra charge for the room with a fold out bed from a small sofa. Seemed funny they charged me for something that was already in the room? Lastly the shower wouldn’t drain. Literally there was several inches of water in the old/worn looking tub after several minutes in the shower. It took almost thirty minutes to drain out. The pool area is small and cramped and there was no shortage of shady folks staying there, in and out of their rooms all night… Try another place!

Henry and Nancy and their staff are great. The facility is very clean. Good breakfast selection and close to a lot of restaurants and and shopping. There is a meeting room as well.

We have used America’s Best Value Inn for many meetings. The rooms are clean and the owner Henry is very kind and will go out of his way to make your stay or meeting fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is the most DISGUSTINGPLACE I have ever stayed at!!! When I first walked into the room everything seemed fine except for the musky smell, but that was a walk in the park compared to the BLOOD stain on my pillow, mascara on the towel, the clogged sink and TRASH under the AC unit. After finding all of that, I have to wonder if they had even changed the linen before giving me the room. After complaining to the manager about this and bringing the dirty items for her to see, she played it off like it was minor and said, «Well, you could have come and changed it out.» «I can give you 10% off the room and that’s the best I will do.»(In a rude tone.) I will NEVER stay at this DISGUSTING place ever again. There are much nicer places to stay around the area. I definitely DONOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Btw it gets one star only because I have to put something otherwise its a zero star.

I stayed here for a couple days on a business trip, and found it to be a lovely, clean place, though maybe not as upscale as other Comfort Inns(or likely the Holiday Inn Express nearby). But it was pleasant and the staff was awesome, helpful, and friendly. Hot eggs, bacon, and waffles were a particular bonus. Easy access to restaurants and the highway. A good stay.
