Greer Family Plumbing

Thanks Greer for putting your customer’s needs first. In a series of misunderstandings, you could have easily charged me an arm and a leg, but you didn’t. I will be calling you and recommending you first for my plumbing needs.

This is an update from previous post from March 2014. I finally spoke to Jeff we had been missing each other’s phone call. I advised how unhappy I was with the service that we had received and that we were charged and it was not resolved, he listened to me vent and was very apologetic to my situation and wanted to come out and fix the problem himself. I told him it was taken care of we spoke of the charge and he offered to refund a portion of the charge. I really appreciated that he said he would call his office to issue the request. He even offered his service if needed in the future and he said I could call him directly if I needed anything. Wow! You don’t ever hear that a owner will go above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer. I thanked him and hope I don’t ever need to use a plumber but if I do I will surely give them a call.

Greer Family Plumbing did right by me! The plumber, Herb, is a true professional. He used to do work at my office when we needed a plumber, so it was nice to see him working for a good company. I know his work from before and he is dependable and knows his craft. My problem was fixed within the hour. You can count on Greer to fix your plumbing needs! Thanks!

This company is awesome, timely, professional, and most important they’re very friendly. I received poor service from another company and an insane quote for a simple job. Greer came on short notice, gave a great quote and fixed the issue with ease. I’ll only use them from now on.

Time for an update. And wow, do they deserve the FIVE BIG STARS! Once again, Greer Family Plumbing saved the day.
Our disposal sprang a leak, and when we went to check it out, the entire P-​trap disintegrated!
Like a flash, Terry from Greer was here, and quickly replaced the works. And, while we awaited the arrival of the new disposal, he also very kindly replaced a toilet seat.
Such friendly, accommodating service. Always fair pricing. Always right on time.
It is such a pleasure to have a service provider I can rely on, and recommend without reservations.
