Jack In the Box

Location is nasty. Dirty and the food just taste wrong. I will never eat here again.

Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. The food was ice cold and we ate it there. My chicken sandwich had to have been cooked at least an hour earlier. The breading was so tough I had to peel it off. The curly fries were dripping in grease, soggy and cold. I ate a bite and threw the rest away.
While we ate, two vagrants came in, put their dirty bag of cans on a table, leered at me then went and filled up old soda cups at the fountain. They used the restroom which was disgusting, paper everywhere then went and sat on the curb out front. The employees were all in the back and didn’t even notice them come in. They glanced at the counter when they heard the door chime and went back to talking in the back.

Food is good. Service is quick enough, BUT there are too many flies everywhere. They can do more to get rid if these flies. Its been this way for years. I always forget until after I order my food. Bathrooms were a mess.

This place is HORRIBLE! It seems like EVERYTIME I come here they either mess up my order or forget to give me everything that I paid for. It’s like the person who took my order is giving me food that THEY want to eat. Seriously!!! To make it WORSE, it seems like they don’t even care when you do mention it. Taking my order and making sure it’s correct is THEIR job not mine.

I expected this location, by Walmart, by SR 120 to be overrun, filthy, disorganized, and problematic. It wasn’t.
There weren’t many people in it at all. It took a moment for someone to show up at the register but she was efficient and the order was finished in almost as little time as it took to record the order.
We got 6 of the 2 for $ 0.99 tacos, fries, and drinks. Of course, the price wasn’t bad and the drinks were the only relatively expensive things.
The taste was good and the fries were both hot and crispy, which never happens at other locations. If the dining room had been clean, there would be another star – and yes, it’s still Jack in the Box.

Last time I ever return to this location or ever go to jack in the box again.
I am so disgusted the guy at the drive through window looked like he just came off he streets and hadn’t washed his hands in forever. Dude common you are handling peoples food WASH YOUR HANDS. Not to mention he didn’t know what he was doing. I don’t know how jack in the box pass there safety and health inspection with stuff like this going on.
Will not being coming here again ‚
NASTY PLACE

This place sucks!!! There is a white girl working on the window (Drive thru) she have a horrible personality she yelled at me couple times just cus she couldn’t hear me! When you ask for some extra Ketchup or something she give you a dirty look like you making her do work + their food is nasty they don’t make it as good as they should. they have super lazy employees I would NOT Recommend here for anyone unless your about Starve to death!!!

I’m here all the time… it’s Jack in the Box. 4 stars for being some of my favorite late night food! The service is always pretty good and the food is spot on ⁹⁄₁₀ times. Occasionally they mess up, but they’ll fix it if it’s wrong. If you’ve never eaten at a Jack in the Box. get out from under your rock. haha. It’s a good place for cheap.

Never had any issues whatsoever. I work in Tracy and when I am on my way home from work I occasionally stop by because it is on my way home. I have never been inside but I do go through the drive thru. Even when the line is long the workers are efficient and fast. My order is always right and the food is always good. The employees are always really nice and always make sure I have what I need. This is a good location and I prefer it to the other one here in Manteca.

Super clean and updated inside, which I greatly appreciate. The lady behind the counter may have been missing a few teeth, but she was the nicest Jack in the Box worker my sister and I have ever encountered. My sister (Rachel W.) tends to channel Sally (when Harry Met Sally) when ordering food, even at a fast food joint. However, the lady was very patent and understanding to my sisters specifications.
