Have to say that they are the best place to go for flowers in Manteca. Was needing to get flowers quickly and short notice. The place that we were originally going to was closed even though there page said they were open. The lady behind the counter was super sweet and helped picking out a arrangement and was happy to deliver them even though they were closing in a hour. Overall they were awesome and the recipient loved them.

Went to 2 others in town and wasn’t happy and flowers stem was dry and black on the tip. My third store went to Manteca Floral I was happy with the rose I got for my wife for valentines day. Since they ran out of red roses the lady went out her way showing me 5 different roses and picked the ones I like. I will be back again.

I live out of town and have used Manteca Floral numerous times. I called this week to have flowers sent to my Grandma for Mother’s Day. When she received them she called me crying because they were so beautiful!!! I just told the girls to please pick something nice for her – well done!!!

I ordered flowers for my granny after she had surgery. I left it open as to the arrangement, but requested it be pink. The bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! It was delivered right on time and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m from out of town, so it is good to know I can depend on a florist. Thank you Manteca Floral.

I’m not sure what’s up Denise G.‘s butt, but every time I order flowers from JoAnn and the great folks at Manteca Floral, I get nothing but great customer service. They work incredibly hard to find the best products to sell and it shows. They’ve been in business for several years and definitely know what they’re doing. I won’t work with any other flower shop in my area but Manteca Floral. My wife has loved every single arrangement she’s ever received from them. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this shop and always go here when I need flowers. The horrible review from Denise G. is the exact opposite of my experience. After the very sad passing of the relative of a friend at work, we wanted a beautiful tribute at the funeral. Joanne and the crew at Manteca Floral put it together and even texted me a picture of the flowers on the stand before they were delivered. I was told by several people at the funeral that our tribute was gorgeous. It was delivered on time and without a glitch. I have been there on other occasions for birthday and get well flowers and always been very happy with their arrangements and their service. If you are worried about the authenticity of this review, come on down to the Manteca courthouse and ask for Kristine… I will show you the pic of the arrangement since I cant figure out how to attach it here.

This flower shop has THEWORST customer service…, my husband buys me flowers/roses often and bought me a bouquet of roses yesterday for Valentine’s Day. This morning I woke up at 9:30 and came downstairs to wilted roses; 3 wilted/dead roses and 2 more limp and on their way to be dead. When I took them back to the shop, JoAnne the manager came to the counter to «help me» and with vase in hand I said, «my husband bought me these yesterday and today they are dead and I’d like a new arrangement». She instantly said ONLY1ISDEAD so I’LLREPLACETHE1. Instead of immediately apologizing to me, the customer, and taking the arrangement away from me, she insulted me with such a rude comment. I immediately turned the vase around and pointed out and counted each of the roses that were dead… ALL5. You would think that if you have a dozen roses and half are dead that you would be entitled to a full replacement arrangement. ?? Instead you will get JOANNE, Manteca Floral’s manager, with an attitude yanking out roses from a dead arrangement telling you it’s all she will do is to replace the dead roses and expect that to be good enough… don’t wait for an apology because you will not get it. And, I guess if only 1 rose was dead that should be okay? Well, this is to be expected from Manteca Floral at least expect this type of treatment as a customer? When I began to get«ignorant» as JoAnne put it… she told me I can take the arrangement with her replacing the roses or I can have nothing and leave the store because«my husband came in late last night and got these and there was only ½ of the water» in the vase today… I guess that was my fault the roses didn’t last past 24 hours so that’s why she wouldn’t replace the arrangement. FIRST, as I told her, my husband was in there in the morning and picked them up before 12:45 as he starts work at that time. Instead of her believing that I would know my husband’s work schedule she insisted on arguing with me about when he came in and basically told me it was my fault I had received dead roses from Manteca Floral. In the meantime, the«designer» is in the back on the phone with another customer, little did she know that was my sister, telling this ‘customer’ how JoAnne is dealing with an irate customer who is upset because her roses are dead, but her husband only purchased them for $ 60 and continued on about the irate customer being in the wrong. Perhaps if he had paid more then it would have not been acceptable to have a half dead arrangement of roses the very next morning… oh that’s right, we’re dealing with Manteca Floral where the customer DOESNOT come first and is surely can not be RIGHT. When I called my husband from the shop while he was at work, it is 2:30 p.m. which means he would have been there yesterday at the same time, a «second female» comes to the counter to tell me she helped my husband yesterday late afternoon and he came in at 2 the day before ordered from her and picked them up at 4:30 and they specifically remember because he wanted red/pink roses but they only had green… REALLY…so, I finally get him on the phone, asked if he has his receipt to prove the time stamp and JoAnne tell me, «she fixed my arrangement and I can take it and get out as she really doesn’t care»…WOW, Manteca Floral shame on you for your lack of customer service. JoAnne told me again to get out because she didn’t care and have my husband call her because he was her customer not me, well, guess what without me my husband would not be your customer and as I told JoAnne she just lost my husband as a customer… her response…“I DON’T CAREJUSTGETOUTBEFORESHECALLEDTHEPOLICE.”…I wonder what Richard and Jen(the owners) have to say about this… well, I’m going to find out because I’m not finished… Unilocal is the first step I will take to spread the word about this place of business in Manteca… I pledged to JoAnne, Richard, Jen and anyone else interested that I will make it my personal business to discourage any individual I come in contact with to NEVER solicit their business to Manteca Floral due to how«I» was treated. And, the worst part of this entire ordeal is that now I have to look at this pathetic rose arrangement and think how much Manteca Floral disgusts me instead of how much my husband loves me… thanks for the forever memory Manteca Floral, JoAnne is a complete asset to your team and represent you well. P. S., I actually asked my husband to stop payment on the flowers as we did not get the service or product he paid for. Unfortunately, he is an honorable man and refused to do so, but did promise to never do business with Richard and Jen’s floral shop again on account of JoAnne’s customer service.
