Just came through & the order taker Zach was super nice & helpful. Even when we added something last minute at the window. He was just genuinely nice and since a lot of people in customer service nowadays arent it made my day :)

Check your order I just got a red box and picked up some breakfast no hash browns. My fault should have double checked. Not worth walking back.

Honestly worse McDonald’s in Manteca. I’ve been here a few times. Every time I come my fries are disgusting. It’s obvious they sit there all day. This time I order a sweetened tea. I told them 5 different times I want sweetened not unsweetened and I still ended up with unsweetened. I go inside to get it switched and they give me warm sweetened tea. Also of course my nuggets are cold.

I’m happy there’s a mc donald’s around this area. Such a relief to have one close from home and work.

My money was rejected for being «too old»! Not counterfeit or deteriorated, just «too old». I was given the explanation that they are getting a rash of fake money and this money was «too old» to take… If I didn’t live nearby and have a car full of hungry kids I would probably skip this McDonalds altogether.

Worst Mcdonalds in the area, possibly of all time. I don’t think they’ve ever got my order right. The Valero gas station, or CVS pharmacy next door are probably better places to eat. If I could give lead than 1 star I would

Im standing here as im writing this review, only because its taking forever to just get two artisan grilled effin chicken. Ordered at 9:45p and finnally just got them officially 10:00p! 6 incompetent workers i swear. 3 customers ordered sll from the dollar menu and got their food first. A customer after me ordered 9 items and yet still mine hasnt been made. wtf. I can see why this place has bad reviews.
I could go on but here’s my two burgers after a 15 minute wait.

I love the fact that McDonald’s offers a free egg white substitution on ANY breakfast sandwich for those of us who are watching our cholesterol. However if you go to this McDonald’s and try to order any special offer, such as «two egg, sausage and cheese sandwiches for $ 3.» You should expect to be denied this substitution. And I’ve found that they won’t do the substitution even if you ask for it in the regular meal deal. I haven’t had any problems making this healthier substitution at any other McDonald’s restaurants.

If you like to hear the manager be VERY MEAN TO THE WORKERS THAN GO enjoy your meal while everyone is getting chewed out and looks miserable working there I honest to god feel for these people she’s the same manager the one from Walmart on main street McDonalds and she did the same s&$ 7 there nobody deserves to be treated that way I’m talking about the middle eastern lady she just nags but doesn’t do crap poor workers to put up with a boss like that and get paid the wage they get as if they don’t have enough issues that they get from rude customers

This McDonald’s has never, ever given me my correct order. Once I ordered a chicken sandwhich and had to return it because instead of a patty they put a chicken nugget on the bun.

Worst service ever! Customer service is awful, food is gross and they always screw up the order. Often it’s old food!

This is the worst McDonalds I have EVER been too. The drive thru was crowded so decided to walk on Big Mistake. It was 45 mins from the time I walked in until I got my order which I might add was all wrong. I wanted to go prepare my food myself I bet I could do a better job and I don’t know where anything is (kind of like the staff clueless don’t know their work) I drive to Airport location and refuse to go back to Lathrop location.

Given the choice, I’d prefer to purchase a snack from within the Valero gas station store. This location is filthy, with flies all over. The staff is slow, unprofessional and rude. When asked if they would please wipe off a table so I could eat my food. After waiting longer than necessary, I asked for someone to clean the table myself. FINALLY, the manager came out and cleaned the table off. Unprofessional, shirt not tucked in and all. I spend more time shooing away flies than enjoying my meal. Oh, and the food. I waited for my hash browns for quite some time. They burned them, forgot about them, then brought them out after finally cooking them well. By then, I was finished with my meal and asked them to forget about the hash brown.
Maybe service will be better when I go again, IF I try again!!! I don’t know.

I always have a pleasant experience, open and clean waiting area. Has clean restrooms and a gas station next door.
It’s a typical fast food experience for me.
Wifi is a plus.

I’d like to give them zero stars. Waited in the drive up to get my annual Shamrock shake. They were out of them, wtf? It’s not even St. Patricks Day yet, so mad. Had to drive across town to another McDonalds. I’ll never EVER patronize this McDonalds again.

This McDonalds sucks. I mean, how long does a customer have to stand right in front of you before you acknowledge them? Apparently longer than 15 minutes. I wanted a diet coke. that’s all. There were like 7 employees staring way too intensely at the deep fryer and not one at the counter. I clear my throat, I smile at them, I even wave. Hello?! I gave up, went to the gas station next door and got a diet coke… should have done that in the first place but I really didn’t think it could possibly take that long. We definitely require new staff.
