I honestly don’t recommend this service! They are the WORST! Please save your time and do business somewhere else! They’re unprofessional !

Yes, I got locked out of my house and lost my keys. It happens to the best of us, right? I am so thankful that Pick Squad Locksmith was there to help me from this unfortunate situation. I was scared that someone might find my keys and get into my home. After calling them and speaking to an outstanding customer service representative they were at my house in no time to change all the locks and give me a new set of keys. I no longer have to stress and worry and that is the best feeling. Thank you Pick Squad Locksmith! You guys are amazing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My house key broke off inside my deadbolt lock, They were able to extract the key and make a copy so I would be able to enter my house again. All of this was done in a reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. I will be returning again in case anything happens (lets hope nothing bad happens though haha).

I was new to Manteca and I got locked out of my car coming from a friends party and so I called picksquad and they were honestly one of the nicest locksmiths I’ve ever met. There were friendly, affordable and really helpful. a lot of other people would have charged me ridiculous prices but they worked with me and gave me a great experience! :D I’d recommend them to everybody!

This company will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Johnny was really great. He is a very smart tech and you can trust them. Sean owns the company and i agree that he has gotten a bad wrap on the website. I think his competitors are trying to discourage people too. They give you the price before they do anything. So the choice is yours ultimately.
I would recommend them.

Thank you to the Manteca Pick Squad for saving our day on Monday!!! Our 18 month old Grandson locked his Mommy out of the house, when she went into the garage for just a second, so he was in the house all alone, until Pick Squad showed up! Within minutes they had the door open and were the greatest! I was shocked how quickly they got there! My Grandson is a rambunctious and active little guy, so we were so happy that he just stayed by the glass sliding door until help arrived! (He did have a cell phone and could have called China or some faraway place, for all we know!) It was scary, but we can laugh about it now, thanks to Pick Squad! Thank you so much for your prompt service and caring attitude! I wish I would have gotten his name! I’d mention it here… sigh :/​ (I see some posts from out of Manteca that state people were taken advantage of with pricing, etc., but that did not happen with us at all!)

Never again. Quoted me $ 14.00 for the lockout and $ 35 for service call. Just paid him $ 120.00. He said then that they «start» at $ 35.00! He showed up and said because the knob was installed upside down it would be harder to open. That’s a big price jump for a little struggle. Then he struggled with the lock pick and just claimed it wouldn’t work and then he would just back up from the door and act like it was not possible. Probably trying to sell a new lock set or something. I asked another tradesman walking by if he could get in the door and he said he could take the door off etc., no problem. As he walked away to get the vice grips, this guy magically gets the door open. Too expensive and the «no can do» attitude makes us a non-​repeat customer.

These guys just saved the day, after we got locked out of a new property. A locksmith from a different company came out earlier and wanted to rip the door knob off when he saw it was 50 years old because he couldn’t get in with the tools he tried. We are restoring a home and it was important to us to preserve the doorknob. After several calls to locksmiths that were nervous about a 50 year old lock, we called Pick Squad. The technician (sorry we didn’t get his name but, Thanks!) was prompt, friendly, and professional, he said, «don’t worry» and had the lock open in 1 minute. He did not damage the door knob or lock in any way. My only regret is not calling Pick Squad first! The prices were comparable to all other locksmiths we called.

I was needed to unlock my car door for my BMW 2007 i called around to other locksmiths and there all said that they can’t do it that i need to call the dealer WTF ! I called Pick Squad Locksmith and the nice guy Sean said no problem we will be there in 10 minutes! that was right he showed up in less then 10 minutes and amazingly he opened the car in less then 5 minutes! thank god i didn’t have to go to the dealer thanks to Sean and Pick Squad Locksmith. i will recommend you guys to all of my friends.
