I really can’t rate their service, because they never did show up for an estimate.

called to get an estimate to take out a palm tree– they gave me an estimate, sounded ok to me, wanted to schedule it, they said they were really busy and they would call me back when things slowed down– seemed nice enough-​never ever called me back– I left message, they never called… gave up, went with another company who promptly came out and did the job.

Loved, loved, loved Professional Tree Service! Great communication, took care of all of my concerns, they were very diligent, prompt, and it was an affordable rate! I think a lot of people will leave negative feedback at the drop of a hat, but forget to praise good hard work (which is rare these days), I HAVE to them give credit where credit is due, I cannot express what an AH~MAZING job they did! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and they now have a customer for life!

Had Professional Tree Service out to do some trimming and remove a small tree right next a shed. Work was neatly done, and workers were very careful next to the shed. It was very tight work. Everyone was also very courteous. I think their service was a very good value and would definitely use them again.

This tree service company is the best in the San Joaquin area and they are very good at what they do. I give them a Thumbs up !

I asked them for a estimate for two small trees in back yard. They did not come when I was home but looked over the fence. They said they could do it and get rid of the stuumps, which was main reason for having them cut down so they would not return and keep destroying my fence. The first day came and cut down one tree, left the stump and other tree, never came to my door say they were done or anything. The next day I finally called them at 9:30 am to see when it was going to be done, they said they would get back to me, well 2 hrs. later I had to call back leave a message. Finally called me back said would be out shortly it was lack of communication, came at 3;00 finished cutting but then told me was unable to take out the stumps. If I knew that I would not have had them cut down, that was the whole thing! Now I am left to do it, they tell me oh you can go get stuff to put on it so in a few months it may die out! Thanks alot for wasting my money. Poor service all around. Even after I told them of my problem they did not even take off anything for not completing the job.
I find them unprofessional and will not use or recommend to anyone
