Highly recommend! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Super friendly and convenient. Fast but excellent quality work. Jose came and picked up my window screens, and delivered them. I wasn’t in a hurry to have them done or get them back but he still completed and returned the screens in an acceptable amount of time.

Jose is WONDERFUL. Too-​notch, friendly service and cheerful professionalism. He installed a retractable screen door at our front entry and we can now enjoy the cool morning/​evening breezes. In the process, we discovered that our front door frame is not square, but he worked with the flaws and did a great job with the install! We couldn’t be happier!

Screenmobile installed 3 sun shade screens on my windows earlier this week. They were super friendly and helpful when I called, and the installers were great to work with too. I can tell an immediate difference in the temperature of my master bedroom, and they look good too. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, I thought it was very reasonable. They showed up later than planned, but did give me a call, so I would maybe suggest to plan for a little more time than they may tell you. However, once they were here, they worked very quickly!

Very pleased with their work. They repaired a few things that were not part of the original estimate. Nice to work with, nice results. Like I said, I’m very pleased.

I have worked with Jose and Felicia on 3 different occasions. Each time the work has been done professionally and at very good price. When I have wanted to have any additional work done, Jose has returned to do it. I would highly recommend them.

I was skeptical about screenmobile because there was little information about their services online with very little reviews. However, I was somewhat relieved after speaking with Felicia because she was patient and friendly and assisted with the decision process of my screen. It did take several days for me to decide, but Felicia was not persistent nor bothersome during that time period. Once I did make my decision, Felicia worked with me on the price and payment arrangement. I was not thrilled about the length of time it took to receive my screen, however, Felicia kept me updated with the process. Jose was the technician who installed my screen. He was very precise and efficient. He did have to return for some minor adjustments, but it was all completed in a timely manner. I love my screen and would definitely recommend them.

Owner doesn’t know how to perform quality work. No less than 10 hours of my time, over three separate visits, and still the retractable screen wasn’t repaired properly. Owner of this franchise never informed me that he never repaired a Phantom Screen, attempted to charge me $ 500 for a kit that was nothing more than screening material, and bent the rails in the process of retensioning the screen. Was a no-​show for last repair attempt. Calls to Screenmobile franchiser was never returned. Screenmobile is not to be trusted in anyone’s home!
