The crew tonight was just awesome! Not pushy, but making sure I was good with sizes and letting me know that things could also be in the back of I wanted to inquire on different styles.
I was so happy with my purchases (and got a better deal than I thought I was initially getting).
Thank you so much to all of the staff, who were so helpful, and genuinely just… NICE! It’s hard to find that this day and age. Give these people a raise!

This Van’s is the best around. The customer service is top notch. The guy named Chris went out of his way to help out. Checked in the back and gave me multiple options. I live in Tracy but travel to the Manteca store because they are always personable and willing to help. Thanks to the staff and management for empowering your employees.

These people are unexpectedly friendly and helpful and they don’t judge.
It’s funny that about a month ago, I was in New Jersey at a skate shop. I had no intention of buying anything but talked to the owner quite a bit. Fast forward to a week ago Sunday, and I was photographing skaters and riders at the new Lathrop Generations Center skate park.
I’ve been getting up the nerve to go into the bowl to get the shots that just can’t be duplicated from the edge. I tried the snake run base and my running shoes were slipping and sliding, and we don’t need accidents.
So, this was my second time in the Vans Outlet store, and I haven’t been in one since I lived around Orlando, FL. I expected to go into the store, feel like a dork, spend too much, put on the shoes at the skate park and look like a poser/​dork. :-D
Everyone at the store talked to me. One explained about the possibility that there were more shoes hiding in the back, and how the Buy One, Get One Half Price worked – red stickers. Lauren came over, and asked if I was still doing okay, and I explained what was happening. She didn’t judge. I still felt like a dork but she didn’t judge. She was incredibly helpful.
So, I left with two pairs of shoes, one at half price, and socks, which worked on a similar deal – and the satisfaction that someone actually cared about my experience in their store.

The customer service here is phenomenal. I always have a great experience, specifically Christopher always seems to be working, have also dealt with Victor. Today I had a semi-​difficult return and instead if making me feel bad, Chris was incredibly helpful. Prices are great, too, where else can you get Vans tees at like 2-​for-​$ 13, everything is BOGO.. I’m pretty sure this is where we’ll be getting all my boys’ clothes/​shoes/​backpacks here in the future. Good customer service us hard to come by these days and needs to be rewarded. Love this store: D

I’ve been skating in Vans shoes for about 20 years now and they are all I continue to skate in.
It’s nice to be able to go to the Vans outlet and pick up some $ 20 shoes for skating or even just everyday wear.
Also, they have low prices on Vans clothing and accessories too.
Can’t beat the buy one pair of shoes, get 50% off a second pair. (Equal or lesser value)

I was pleasantly surprised when visiting the Manteca Vans Outlet for the first time. I didn’t expect too much, but they actually had a decent selection of shoes. The workers were also helpful and the store itself is pretty big.
