Super helpful switching phones. Ended up doing it free. Painless. Friendly. I’ll be back next time I need service or help.

Bad Service! I came to this place because I was visiting from SJ and didn’t know any better. First of all, I was not greeted upon entering the store. There was one caucasian employee who looked like he was in his mid 30’s behind the counter and a customer looking at phones. I asked the employee questions about the different iphones, I wanted to know which particular iPhones they were and he answered with a smart ass attitude «they are iphones», I said I know they are iphones but which ones?!? Then while I was waiting to be helped by the rude employee, a third customer walked in and the employee helped him out, instead of asking me if I needed help since I was there first. The employee never even said he would be right with me or anything, he was clearly ignoring me and I believe it was because he was being racist, since I’m Mexican. I felt discriminated, so I walked out and I called Verizon to make a formal complaint about this place. The Verizon representative took my complaint and assured me that they would contact the district manager and that something would be done about this. That made me feel so good! I have been a Verizon customer for over 13 years and deserve excellent service.

Went in to see if I was able to upgrade my phone. Next thing you know I’m walking out with a iPhone 6 plus, accessories and my bill is LESS than it was before. The personnel working there is great. I felt like I was treated with respect and given a full breakdown of my old and new plans.

This store and its employees were incredibly helpful! Especially Salvador, who helped me and was extremely knowledgable. Salvador helped me find the best phone and discounts out there.
I’ve always gone to the Verizon store on Daniels in the past, but found them to be subpar compared to this store. Definitely the best Verizon store in Manteca! Thanks again Salvador for all your help :)
