Wells Fargo Bank

They are nice at this bank. I really appreciate that there is no attitude and they believe the customer is always right that’s for sure. On the off side I just personally had too many issues with the debit card itself and them charging me when they were not supposed too. It’s am okay bank. It gets the job done. If your going to use them make sure you have enough time on your hands to deal with problems because for me they seemed to have no end.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service not only from this branch either, which I’m more than disappointed in, I thought closing my account with citi & banking with Wells Fargo would be the best and easiest choice for myself and my experience so far is horrible, just opening an account. I opened my account here about almost a week ago and got screwed over. FIRST! my last name was entered incorrectly which was said by an employee by the 5^th call I made to try and fix whatever was going on, hence waiting literally 25mins every call I’d have to make, since no one could help me. I usually NEVER complain but everything was just horrible… I then figured out at a branch in hayward that my profile actually got linked with another account! Which was supposably inactive, whatever. Then I was told to leave my number so they could contact me back and take care of me. I left relieved and happy this was done and OVER with. I got a call and was told that I was sent an email, I was ready to check my balance and see my money online but I was sent trash about signing in with an access code AGAIN which did not work, another jolly message was that I’ve been locked out again my advanced access code was suspended, hence I didn’t try anything yet, I came home from work from the few times I could do this, see these three emails. I have no fucking idea whats going on. I literally do not have time for this, and I don’t think anybody would have the patience with this if they did have time or not. This is ridiculous and was the total opposite of what I imagined my experience to be. And for that I’m closing my account, not worth my business especially time.

This Well’s Fargo is horrible!!! The merchant line specifically– why even have a merchant line if the people in the regular line will always be helped before us! I have been coming to this bank for the past 15 years and it has always been like this!!! It’s like they are saying «Let me tell you how much we value you. By Having you stand in this special line and make you wait while we help the regular customers and ignore you.» Get it together Wells Fargo!!! The one star is only because I cannot post this review without it
Merchants do yourself a favor and open a business account any where BUT here !!!

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with! First, when you come in they are nosy and want to chit chat so they could «suggest» all these different things that could help you, in my case… Online banking. I set it up with them and when I left, my account was deactivated. I called the next day and they told me I had to come in. I drove there and when I got there they told me I had to wait on the phone so I could talk to someone else from online banking. They had me on hold over the phone sitting there to let me know I had to wait 10 minutes because they were backed up with calls. I left. That was ridiculous!

I really don’t understand what the bankers do here because I have went in to ask questions regrading my auto loan and they just give you a phone number and then I went in to set up a direct deposite from other bank and they gave me a number for that as well! I don’t want to call and talk to a machine that’s why I drove down here? I went to chase a they only had two bankers on duty opposed to wells fargos nine and I was out in 20 Mins with no bs. And since I’m in college it’s a free account!!!

Worst bank ever. As well as other customers I also had money put on hold. Even tho they can clearly see I have money coming in & they or I should say «she”(manager) is being a pain. I do all my banking in riverbank but I was close by so I did it there. NEVER AGAIN i love riverbank they are very understanding & know me well. This branch office in the years iv dealt with this bank is the worst branch

Mediocre service. It got so bad I switched to US Bank and have had no problems. I was just tired of bad experiences. So surprised how consistent they were. Fees, long lines, rude bankers. No thanks.

Never I repeat never use them for merchant services or a business account. Stephanie their merchant service rep has put me through hell for 2 months taking money out of my account for a credit card reader that doesn’t work and gave me the wrong equipment from the very beginning. Closing 6 accounts that I have with Wells for not helping me out what so ever and giving me the run around

This is a ZERO star review. I have never banked at a place where they make you feel like it’s bad to make good money. I get 2 pay roll checks a month. a slary and a commission check. I have been depositing these «pay roll» checks on the same date every monrth for about a year. My commisin check this month was a little larger and they wanted to put a 7 business day hold on it. When I ask for a maanger, the «teller» manager Alejandra came over real smug. she looked at my account and told me last month i only deposited half the amount. I explained to her that was my worst month all year and to go back 12 months. She HAPPILY told me she could only go back 3 months and she would do me a favor and only put a 2 business day hold so from friday till tuesday? When I asked for her manager, she said «I AM the manager» with an attitude. I said YOUR manager. She was extreemly happy to tell me it wasnt possible. Even if there is nothing you can do, ACT like you are tring to help me, don’t come accross happy not to help… If you are a commision paid person who has good commision checks, AVOID wells fargo by all costs. they don’t appreciate people with larger checks.

absolutely worst customer service! let me just say i would give them 0 stars if it was possible. closed my personal and business accounts with them today and will never go back. i highly recommend that nobody take their business to wells fargo bank!!! take my advice or learn the hard way but i guarantee you will end up hating that place. wells fargo manteca ca absolutely sucks and so does their credit department and underwriters…

I love this Wells Fargo! They give way better customer service than BofA down the street. I should have never left this one. I’m going to re-​open an account here in a few weeks because I can’t stand BofA. There’s so many ATM’s on the outside, it’s great for customers. The tellers always greet me with a smile which I love by the way and the workers always ask and answer any questions that I have. Thumbs up for this place! Cheers.

This is the nearest Wells Fargo to me. I love this bank especially since I opened my Wells account here. They have 3 ATMs out in the front, none inside. I guess it’s a good thing that they have all the ATMs outside since you can come here any time you want to deposit/​withdraw money. Given that this is the only Wells in Manteca/​Lathrop, there are times when it gets busy so be aware. The parking lot is pretty small and get packed sometimes. You can also park at the parking lot next to Wells where State Farm is. One of the reasons why my mom canceled her Wells account was because of the parking here since it gets packed. Lol.
