My family came here and bought about 12 bottles of wine at this place for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we opened two and BOTH were bad — they were old, tasted like vinegar, and you could see on the corks that the wine had gone bad. We called the store today to see what could be done, as we’re concerned that the other bottles might also be bad. We spoke with a manager who told us we needed to return the bottles in person. We’re in a different state, and when we mentioned that, he said we’d have to drive it back to them and there was no other way. I mentioned I could send him a photo of the bottle labels(because that’s what he needs to scan, as well as provide him with copies of the receipt, etc). He said there’s no other way, and rather than tying to be helpful(as most managers usually are!), he was very rude and said we have no other choice. So after buying 12 bottles of wine from there, that’s how a customer gets treated — and around the holidays? Definitely letting our friends in that area know not to go there anymore!

Good hours, super clean store and a great staff. Come get any cold case or 6 pack you can think of along with a large cigar selection and huge craft beer lineup! Pretty good prices as well!
