Frustrating pharmacy! My son is 2.5 years old and this pharmacy just can’t get it right. Within the last month, they didn’t have the pills I needed prescribed by my dr. Options were to wait 2 days or break higher dose is half. Then my son was placed on a «compound» mixture of meds for severe diaper rash. Not hearing from them after 4 hours, I called and the pharmacist said this usually takes 24 hrs to make (I wasn’t notified) and she can do it after the next shift started which was in an hour. I told her a half dozen times I was leaving for vacation but it didn’t matter. I wound up making it myself. Now today, i received a text at 7pm saying the script that i dropped off at 330pm wouldn’t be done. When I called him was told my son’s meds wouldn’t be in until sometime we Wednesday. I told them I was coming to pick up the paper scripts. Went next door to rite aid and they will have ready first thing in the AM. Walgreens is the busiest pharmacy in this area, but very ill prepared. I’m done with them.

I wanted to take a minute to compliment Grace in the pharmacy. She is the best pharmacist around. She remembers my name, who’s in my family. What scripts I’m getting. More importantly, she is very nice to people. I know if she is working when I pick up something, I will leave in a better mood. She is the reason I continue to use Walgreens.
