Great gym for women, and a nice, clean facility. Good location(only 5 minutes from my house), but a little on the small side. If you are familiar with Curves, you’ll know that it is circuit training dedicated to women. The circuit consists of machines, interspersed with recovery boards. The basic premise is that you spend 30 seconds on each station doing cardio and strength training, for 30 minutes each session, 3 times a week. I was able to rejoin recently, and Diana was very welcoming.(I used to be a member in Lake Jackson, and then a member/trainer in San Francisco.) I was only able to go once, and then I got ill. I had to quit because I have lots of health problems. However, they told me that I would not have to pay the service fee again. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin in the future!
