Pizza Hut

This location SUCKS! They never can seem to find our address. When they do, the pizza is Always Late. One time we found a piece of necklace in our pizza and when my husband went to the store to show them, the delivery driver laid his hands on my husband and got a punch to the face. Last time we ordered, it took 2 hours to get the wrong order. The pizza was awful; it was so thin on bottom that you could flip it over and see the pepperoni from the underside. I tried calling in an order from my phone number instead of my husband’s and went to pick it up at the suggested time. Still had to wait 10 min to tell them I was there to pick up my pizza and it was still 10 more minutes because they «hadn’t received the order.» Do NOT go to this location! God only knows what goes on in that place.

I would give this place one star if I could. Incompetent, rude, horrible customer service, 0 management, I think I could go on and on and on. I have tried to order from them 3 times now. They say they don’t deliver here but they do. On top of it today yet again I waited for an hour and a half only to call back and be told that my order was canceled but nobody ever called me yet again. I have the recorded call so I really hope that some type of management if Pizza Hut actually has any calls me back because this is ridiculous. Then after I call back to find out where my order is I’m told that I can speak to a manager well nineteen minutes later and five people later I hung up everyone continue to tell me that I was going to be transferred to a manager and then when I ask are you the manager no but I’ll get you one same run around because they don’t want to deal with their crap. At this point I hate Pizza Hut because of their stupid customer service and lack of management. Very very very livid customer

I crave a thin crust pepperoni sometimes that only Pizza Hut can satisfy. Their apple pies are soooooo good. This isn’t high end dining but I love their food. I sure wish they didn’t sell Pepsi products. No, Pepsi is not ok.
This location always gets my order right and delivers promptly.
Do NOT get the mozzarella sticks though. They’re soggy and nasty. Imagine microwaved frozen cheese sticks. That’s what you’re getting. Everything else is nom nom.
