This polish deli which serves hot dinners as well is one of my favorites! The food is always fresh and the ladies are quick with suggestions. Cold cuts or fresh hot diners I never feel disappointed. Whenever I am in the Jersey area I make it a point to stop by even if it is just for a ponczki.

Amazing foods! This little store makes me want to move to 10th Ave. in Manville just so I don’t have to cook anymore(and I’m NOT even Polish!) The staff is wonderful and I loved their varied selection of sausage and pierogis.

Overall, the store is good. Has fresh products. Just my experience was bad. I bought donuts. Brought them home, took a bite and realized the jelly inside is a size of a gumny bear. Pathetic. You pay fo someone’s cheating.

The best fine ground kielbasa ever, it’s delicious. The service is great, friendly. Enjoy visiting this shop when I’m in town. Truly a hidden neighborhood gem. Homemade kielbasa, nothing better than that!

I travel out of my way to come here and buy what I can’t find anywhere else. They have all the stuff I’m used to seeing in NY, the stuffed duck breast, the bacon with herbs, pâté and more. Service is always pleasant and prompt. I always enjoy a trip to B&L!!!

Since i no longer live in Poland, nor do i live near Passaic, Clifton, Garfield or Wallington its difficult to get my hands on some authentic Polish food and items. Luckily for me there are two Polish delis/grocery stores near my place of work. This one happens to be the closest. And i had the pleasure of visiting several times now. Its a small corner store. Its not to the scale of the large polish delis in north eastern NJ where displaced Poles like my dad and I would wait in Line FOREVER to be served. Big stores with lots if polish shoppers. They make fresh punczki(filled polish donuts) every thursday. Their pierogis and stuffed cabbage rolls(gaulumbki) are the bomb! I love their boczek(its sorta like bacon in a way and MYDOWNFALL). I also load up some small groceries and kielbasa(I CANNOTEATAMERICAN/POLISH KIELBASA). service is friendly. Please check it out!

B & L is our family’s Easter and holiday tradition. This unassuming shop in a Manville neighborhood is filled with all sorts of delicious Polish treats. Wonderful kielbasa, pierogi, kruschiki and butter shaped like a lamb and so many other things. The staff is just lovely, and even other customers waiting in the sometimes long line are friendly. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry. Just be sure to go early so they don’t run out of what you want.
