Okay(and incomplete) work and rude staff. They returned my car to me without my emblem on it and said it would be in within the next 2 days. We called later that week and left a message with no reply. It has been 3 weeks and no reply. I called just now and the representative was rude and said that 2 days does not necessarily mean 2 days and it could mean 2 weeks with these kinds of orders? He said I was rude because I then asked why he would relay to me 2 days if he knew full and well it could take 2 weeks. He told me I should be grateful to have a car that is drivable and I should not be that upset over an emblem and he did not want my business if I was this upset over such a small detail. My car is brand new, I took it there to get repairs to make it brand new again. My insurance paid them to make it brand new again. Rude man that flat out said they do not care about deadlines or dates. They do not update you on status or care about the DETAILS. DETAIL is important to me and to my vehicle I paid a lot of money for and to repair. Do not go here if you expect quality and timeliness in your repairs. It is the 10th and his receptionist that places orders will not be in till the 16th. I get to wait 6 days for this girl to call me(I am not holding my breath on this). TAKEYOURBUSINESSELSEWHERE!
