Worst customer service … after waiting for almost an hour they didnt even care to check who was there first and put me down the list of walk-ins; and its not the first time this has happened. Have seen this happen to other customers before

We were basically ignored when we walked in which did not set a customer friendly tone. 3 women were working and had attitudes as if they could not be bothered. We waited about 15 minutes and no one was. In there! When she finally took my son to do a buzz cut, it took her another 15 minutes to do the cut. Now I’m not a hairdresser, but it seems to me that a buzz cut is pretty straight forward. Not exactly rocket science! And to make matters worse, his hair is all messed up. Choppy and pieces of hair sticking up all over! I have to take him to another place to get it fixed! Do not go there! The one in Hillsborough is much better!

They do not wax eyebrows, what kinda hair place doesn’t wax eyebrows. The staff wasn’t very friendly when telling me that upon arrival. Very rude.

I walked out before she even started, the attitude I received from the«stylist» was just degrading. Now when I go for a hair cut I am pretty easy going, I don’t really need a clean cut style I am more of the shaggy messy hair look, so if a stylist has a bit of a mess up its not that big of a deal to me. With that said I absolutely will not tolerate an attitude from anyone in the service industry. So when she asked what kind of hair cut i wanted I said well I want it shorter but I want to be able to spike it up and kinda have a messy hair do. The response I got back was«Well that doesn’t tell me much, You need to tell me what you want because I am not going to re do your hair cut». That was enough for me… I simply excused myself and walked out. Considering I was the only client in at that time I thought to myself man this cant be good for the owner if he has an employee like this so I called them up and asked to speak to the manager or the owner, I was told that he would be in the next day if I wanted to talk to him. Well with an owner like this its no wonder the employees don’t know how to act professional. I explained the situation and he offered me a free hair cut voucher that he would send out in the mail and I should get it that week. and I said well I don’t want to go back to that location is there another one I can go, and he said yes I have a location in Warren, Well 3 weeks pass and I don’t get the Voucher… So I basically said screw this I’ll call up corporate … told them now the 2 Bad experiences I had not only at the Salon but also that the owner did not go through with his part of the deal to try to make up for the experience. They send me a voucher in the mail which I received a few days later, but honestly after all that I had no desire to set foot in that place for any reason. So I gave it to my brother, he went to go use it at the Manville location to which I said that isn’t a good idea. . he gets his hair cut and goes to show them the voucher for the free hair cut, So yea get this B. S They said they couldn’t honor it because they didn’t now what store it was for –_– … ummm WHAT ?? its a franchise … its good for any location its bring this into. So needless to say he handed them the voucher said too bad and walked out, Now Typically because both my brother and I have waited tables and we both know what its like to work for tips, So we tend to be generous in that aspect, but we also will flat out not deal with this type of treatment… So who ever cut his hair did it for absolutely free and did not receive a tip because sorry but if you are trying to pull that kinda b.s. you are in the wrong industry or the wrong company.

Cheapish and not a bad haircut. The employees aren’t constantly on their phones or chatting with each other and they give a decent haircut(male). That’s all I really ask for.
