Well, where to start… I could wax poetically about Ginger Salkowski and her crew of diligent WWOOFers and partners that grow the best organic produce on the coast. Their CSA is hands down the best one on the Oregon Coast and is presented beautifully with delicious and generous selections of organic produce. Ginger is always taking on the latest and newest ideas in prema-​culture and putting them to use on her farm. As I say, there is no moss growing on that rolling stone! She is always up to something and her produce reflects the conscious and thoughtfulness that goes into every single product. Hear hear for R-​evoultion Gardens and what they stand for! Local organic grower and CSA I found at the Manzanita Farmers’ Market. TOTALLY COOL people, loved them and they believe in their product! I got beets, greens, rapini, onions… wow, just great stuff. Seek them out at the Manzanita Market, I also plan to get in touch with them off-​season and see what they are growing. Good stuff! Go support these guys they earned it. We need these places to make our meals better and healthier and of course – more TASTY!
