I have been here before with no issues, but I think the ownership may have changed. Very nice people work here but my gel manaicure was not good. It didn’t last 5 days. The polish on my thumb peeled off this morning. Will not use again.

Unfortunately not a very recommendable salon. I went there for the first time after purchasing their $ 40 for $ 50 deal and got a French mani pedi.
The staff was friendly, but didn’t seem very skilled. The woman doing my manicure was very sweet, but the manicure was painful, didn’t even last a day and chipped off on multiple fingers.
The pedicure was okay, but like the manicure, was done pretty rough and my toenails turned black within a week under the polish.

This place is great! Got the foot facial pedicure– 18 min massage in your legs and feet and 3 min massage while you are drying. Very clean, very relaxing. Recommend an appointment !

Used to be a great nail salon but, lately, prices have increased, service has not and customer service is poor. You can tell the employees talk about you in front of you, and not in English, rush you through to try and get more customers through as quickly as possible. Owner paces the place and talks to everyone but in a stressed out, need to move you along and get you out of here type manner. While I realize competition in the area is steep, increasing prices and poor customer service is not the way to attract and keep customers. I will not be going back to this nail salon nor would recommend to others.

The salon is clean and bright, but I had the least pleasant pedicure experience ever.
My daughter and I both got pedicures. She said her pedicure was OK — she’s had better. My tech was so rough that I was afraid to let her use the callous remover. Even though we had appointments, we both felt rushed.
This salon has been in this location for a number of years and appeared to have lots of ‘regulars’, so someone must like it — but I won’t be back. Thea are a number of much better shops within a few miles of this salon.

Crystal Nails have been my go to spot for my weekly mani & pedi for years.
They are always so nice and the atmosphere of the salon is very chic & relaxing. The salon is kept in an excellent condition all the time and very sanitary with all of their equipments.
This is the place I went with all of my bridesmaid to get our nails for my wedding as well.
I have tried many other salons in the area and Crystal Nails is by far the best one I have been to. Great service and very nice people!
