2nd Wind Exercise

i was TOTALLY SCREWED by this company. I chose one of their addresses at random, as I live in Rochester, MN and I am not sure where in the twin cities this guy came from. Anyway, I have been getting blisters on my feet recently (same shoes, same socks, etc) on a treadmill I had purchased from the Rochester, MN branch of this company in ¹¹⁄₁₄. I called the Rochester guy first who referred me to their «treadmill expert» in Minneapolis somewhere. I told him my trouble and he said he would send someone down to replace my tread. The guy arrives and brings an attitude with him. He asks to see my shoes! He sees them and figures he can’t blame them. He looks at the tread and says that is never the problem. I asked him why the guy I talked to on the phone could not have told me that. No answer. Then he says he is no doctor but something must have happened to my feet! I tell him I AM a doctor, and that is not the case. Then he charges me $ 119 for travel and labor. I ask him and he tells me he was in Rochester already today! So what travel? And what labor? He hasn’t done anything! Then I get the standard answer: «I don’t make the rules.» So, $ 119 for nothing. What a scam! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
