Belladerm Medspa is one of the best medspas around. They employ all of the latest and greatest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable about each and every spa service they offer. Robin is such a professional. She’s an expert at her craft and will always guide you in the right direction. If you’re considering a service that she doesn’t think you need, she’ll tell you. I always know that she’s listening to me. She’s very honest and she always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I’ve been to more than a few medspas, and even worked for one for several years. Balladerm ranks at the top of the list.

I was nervous the first time getting injectables. But Robin is so knowledgeable, patient, honest, and confident. She told me in advance everything I needed to know so I was informed for my first Botox. I loved the results, and I am confident i will coming back for every injectable service I need.

I absolutely adore Belladerm Medspa, and in particular Robin Bernens. I have tried a plethora of spas in the Twin Cities area and in all honesty, Belladerm Medspa is the very best one in terms of quality of work for the price, professionalism and convenience.
Everyone working there has some sort of medical or esthetician type background, I felt comfortable since some other places hire random people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing and have left me with results that I am not happy with. I will definitely be returning to continue my laser hair removal, and try some additional treatments.
