Staff here is amazing! It’s like shopping with all your best girlfriends in the store! While I wandered and selected a few things, Kirstin filled the dressing room with other fashionable options. They carry hip upscale brands with a blend of current and trend fashions. I got a new summer wardrobe and because I’m traveling they shipped it all home for me! Lifesavers! Thanks girls for being so amazing!

I was there today. On a Friday afternoon. It was not busy when I arrived. One customer left as I entered. I received no hello and was not asked if I needed assistance in finding something. Which I would of appreciated because I was looking for a top that I saw online for an upcoming family photo shoot. I would of stayed and ask for help but two separate customers came in after me and they were both greeted with hello’s and both were asked if they needed assistance. I had my 11 month old with and he was getting fussy so maybe the sales people are not family friendly (there were 4 of them on the floor, so there was plenty of help. However I noticed that they were having social conversations about their plans for the weekend.) I am giving two stars because I do like the clothes but their customer service is lacking. I do have to say that I was at their Wayzata location and received excellent customer service there and had purchased several items that visit. I do not recommend the Arbor Lakes location. Go to Wayzata.

I love Hot Mama West End and Edina so I was not surprised that I felt the same about the Maple Grove store. The staff is great, the clothes selection is fabulous and I look forward to shopping there more often. I am a busy working mom who wants to look good and feel good and Hot Mama provides that for me every time. Thank you Hot Mama!

I am 26 and caught in the gray area where clothes either look too young or too old for me. Somebody recommended that I try Hot Mama. Wow! The customer service there is amazing! The clothes are spendy but totally worth it. I feel beautiful and good about myself when I leave there because they find clothes that fit my body and personality. The only thing I didn’t like was getting home and realizing that all the shirts I bought were hand wash only but dang I look good in them so I will deal with it!
