The employees here really have an indifferent attitude. The MAs and Nurses consider us patients as second class citizens. There are other Fairview clinics that are more friendly and efficient. I’ve been going here 8 years and nothing has changed. I guess the problem is me and I need to switch ! Fairview Maple Grove Clinic

Do not go here. This was my first visit and I came only for refill maintenance. The doctor told me a difficult condition was easy to manage and a specialist unnecessary. I had to convince him he was wrong as a specialist was the only one to have diagnosed my condition after several years. During the visit they made me go outside to call my mail order pharmacy for information on ordering the rx that patients are not allowed to have. After I told them this the first time, they wouldn’t believe me and made me call again. Finally they believed me after the second time. Then they sent my rx to the wrong pharmacy acct four weeks ago and still have not checked their error. They also copied the wrong name off the form and my insurance card into their system. I had offered my rx card to the doctor and he said no. Should’ve said yes and made a copy like at a normal office. I’ve been calling every few days, explaining the situation and nothing has changed. I have been nice and efficient with my issues to all the different people I’ve spoken too and only half were pleasant/intelligent. One person even asked me how I knew something… umm because I’m me? What the hell kind of question is that? Another person asked me what they wanted me to do about my request. I replied, correct my name and update my info like I said initially. Don’t go. Save yourself weeks and possibly months of idiot juggling. Yes, it was partially an issue with rx company, but nothing they couldn’t have handled right away with a call. ETA: Called again today and the person said they had no record of my rx request that I made in person. That’s impossible because they’ve recounted it to me before when I’ve made status calls. I was finally transferred to a nurse that said she would handle the issue immediately. I am grateful for her help, but I still won’t be back.
