I honestly cannot imagine a company that cares more about customer satisfaction and results than First Class Mortgage. My wife and I used FCM for our mortgage a few years back. We were anticipating a nightmare because of new regulations and the nature of our jobs. Casey literally fought to get us a great rate and kept us informed throughout the entire process. To this day, FCM is the only place I refer friends, family and clients. In my work, dealing with clients and keeping them informed and satisfied is my primary duty so customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to me. If you’re making any type of purchase or re-financing, you are seriously doing yourself a disservice by not calling Casey or Brady at First Class Mortgage. There is a reason why they have been consistently recognized as one of the top small businesses in the Maple Grove area for years.

Sick and tired of dealing with your«Big Brother» mortgage lender? Running into red tape hell? Want to bang your head against a concrete wall(please…don’t do that!)? Then all you have to do is contact First Class Mortgage(phone, email, smoke signal)!! No, I was NOT paid to write this review. I had bought a home back in Spring 2009 and thought I was stuck with the«high» interest rate; and figured that since my home was worth less than what I owed, I was hopelessly stuck paying«Big Brother». There was light at the end of the tunnel. I received a name from a fellow co-worker and was given multiple stories of success; this co-worker had literally gotten everyone on his team to work with FCM to get their homes refinanced. At this point, there was nothing for me to lose. I emailed Casey Van Winkle and got a response within a few hours, ONTHESAMEDAY. He directed me to their website to fill out an application. I got through that and was emailed a list of documents that were needed to get my application for refinance through the motions. Casey was happy(if not more excited) that I was able to email him all of the documents; saving both of us time. After a few more emails, an office visit and about 10 days, Casey informed me that everything was on the up-and-up and that things would be finalized shortly; and that all was needed was a date/time to stop by his office to sign everything. From start to finish, my refinance took no more than 35 days; yeah, these guys ARE that A.MAZING. Casey and his team were simply not just professional automatons, they were friendly, focused on their clients and took all the time that was needed to ensure you knew exactly what was going on. I was simply amazed by how quickly, efficiently and effectively my refi was handled. I’ve recommended friends, co-workers, even my own parents to FCM. All of my referrals have had positive and successful experiences with FCM. There is no doubt that I will continue to leverage First Class Mortgage for my future home financial needs :-)
