This isn’t fun stuff to deal with, but this company epitomizes professionalism for their field and make HVAC matters as painless as possible. And, they even did all the heavy lifting for me to actually get my rebates. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

I was referred to another company by Renters Warehouse but I’m so glad I called HC2… your service was $ 250 less than that of the other referral! The gentleman that did the service was very nice and the job was done well. I appreciated the over the phone quote even when I was only able to give problem without your technician making a visit. I had called yet another company(Deans) and the young lady only wanted to book me an appointment and wouldn’t event attempt to give me somebody who would even give me an estimate. HC2 worked on my unit before, so they had the advantage of knowing what exact unit was involved… so they did have a leg up there.

Hired Heating & Cooling Two to replace my furnace. Sales rep was excellent to work with. They were able to schedule the install quickly. On the scheduled day, the workers arrived on time and did an excellent job not only installing the furnace but fixing a few things with the ductwork and leaving the work area clean. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend the company.

I had to replace an 8 year old furnace(not from these guys). I had three estimates, and Heating and Cooling Two was the fairest priced. Their installation looked so much better than the guys that did the other one 8 years ago.(again, not them). They cleaned everything up, and corrected an out of code venting on my water heater and the chimney drip thingy.

Terrible experience from these guys. They came out to my place last year and diagnosed a leak in my AC line. I didn’t have the cash to fix last year. I called this summer to have the work completed. They told me a tech would call me before doing any work. The tech came out and performed the test again and didn’t fix the problem. I informed the tech that I wanted the problem fixed, not to have them come out and bill me for another test and tell me what I already know. The tech then ordered the parts and completed the repairs. I paid the tech the day the repairs were done. About two weeks later, I received a call from the billing department telling me there was an open invoice from the initial service call. After informing the billing agent that I didn’t ask for that work to be done, he said they wouldn’t be doing any further work for me in the future. Don’t go with these guys. They don’t listen, have poor internal communication, and poor customer service. Time to find a new HVAC company.
