Staff was super friendly and really fast!

Wish I could give negative stars… called up to have the same three sandwich orders delivered that I have ordered many times and only to have them sent wrong. Mistakes happen, I get it but…
2 sandwiches weren’t cut and the other, a slim 1 came as a regular 1. I called to inform them that the slim 1 was wrong and was accused of ordering the wrong one. Not possible as i actually recorders the order as 75% of the time the sandwich are made wrong or not cut.
Fast forward to my last order, the exact same three sandwiches, and when I said slim 1 the rude woman said rudely «ha, are you sure the slim 1 because last time you ordered a regular 1?» First off I couldn’t believe good customer service would warrant reminding your customer about an unpleasant experience, second of all what’s the point? I asked to speak with a manager and I was told I was speaking to her… ugh. Really! This is how you treat a loyal customer. I cancelled my order and will never go back to this location again and would strongly encourage others to avoid it as well.

Their delivery area (this store) is insanely small. I live exactly 2 blocks from Bass Lake Rd/​Vinewood Ln N and they are not allowed to travel here. I am frustrated because I cannot get my delicious Jimmy Johns as none deliver to my area!!! I implore the management of this Jimmy Johns to expand their area, even slightly. I am a good tipper!
