We came to this location out of convenience to buy several groomsmen suits. Big mistake. Poor customer service, unfriendly sales staff and very unorganized. Many of the other locations have been great to work with.

Was in the store looking for a suit or 2 for my new job. I was in the store standing by my size for about 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged by someone there and finally left after a half hour. There was one other customer in the store and 2 people working. Poor service.

Substantially higher quality than The Men’s Wearhouse. But, the same tired pressure sales tactics. The taste of some of the salesmen is questionable, so if you suffer from a fashion-block like I do, ensure you bring your wife or girlfriend… but never bring both.
The key to getting the value from this store is to wait for an insane mark-down sale… and then wait a little bit longer, because the next sale will be occurring less than a week later. Usually, I wait for a buy one, get 2 free sale. That’s about right for the quality of suits sold here.
Overall, I like the experience this store offers. I prefer this place to Macy’s or Men’s Wearhouse.
